In the event there is any claim for/ of charge back by the User for any reason whatsoever, such User shall immediately approach the Our customer support team with his/ her claim details and claim a refund from Make Money. We will review your request and may require additional information to process your refund.
If there is any refund, it shall be affected only by Our Company via payment gateway or such other means, as Company deems appropriate. No claims for refund/ charge back shall be made by any User to the Payment Service Provider(s) and in the event such claim is made it shall not be entertained.
The refund amount will be based on the amount you have paid into the chit fund or any other service, less any fees or charges that may apply under the applicable terms and conditions. We may also deduct any amounts owed to us or any amounts that we may be required to withhold under applicable law.
We will process your refund request as soon as practicable. The actual timeline may vary depending on the payment method and the time it takes for the funds to clear.
We do not offer refunds for any chit-funds in which you have already participated in an auction or have won the chit-fund. Refund may not be provided as deemed necessary by the terms and policies of Our Company.
The User shall directly contact Our Company for any fraudulent transaction(s) because of misuse of Card/ Bank details by a fraudulent individual/party and such issues shall be suitably addressed by Our Company alone in line with their policies and rules.
